📩 Download and Activate Doorkeeper

Before you're ready to use Doorkeeper, you need to install the application on your iPad, and link the device to your Aware account.

Grab your iPad, and download Doorkeeper from the App Store

  1. Head over to the App Store and download the Doorkeeper application to your iPad.

  2. Ensure you have enable all permissions. 

  3. Once you are finished with the permissions, you will be presented with an eight-digit activation code.

Pair Doorkeeper to your account

  1. On your desktop computer, head over to the web app 🖥️

    1. Log in using your Admin User email and password. Go to Settings > Devices.

    2. Go to the top right corner of the screen and select Activate Doorkeeper and then select the Location (if you have multiple) where you'd like to pair your device - they were created for you at the moment of purchase.

    3. Type in the eight-digit activation code Doorkeeper shows you, in the text box provided on the web app.

    4. Give the device a name (e.g. Lobby Doorkeeper.



    5. Click Continue.

  2. If the activation was successful you will receive a Success message and your iPad will show the Doorkeeper standby screen.
