Company registration link no longer works

If you have received a link with a request to register your company but the registration link no longer works, this may indicate:

  1. The registration is already linked to your MyRapid account, please proceed to log in using the email address the link was sent to/the account you registered.
  2. The link has expired - in this instance, we recommend contacting your site administrator to get this resent.
  3. The registration has been deactivated - again, we recommend contacting your site administrator to receive an active registration link.
