Automatic Verification, Rejection, and Correction
RapidCheck also supports automatic document actions, which can be enabled per document type. These include:
- Auto-approval – Automatically approves documents that pass all checks
- Auto-rejection – Automatically rejects documents when major issues are detected
- Auto-correction – Automatically corrects minor, fixable errors (where supported)
When these features are enabled, RapidCheck will automatically update the document’s status based on the outcome of the verification review.
