Why is the "verify" option not available against a document?

Why is the "verify" option not available against a document?

To ensure successful document verification & the “verify” button is available, the following criteria must be met:

  • The document's "Expiry Date" should be set to a future date. If a past date is indicated, the document will be deemed expired and verification will not be allowed.
  • Adequate administrator access must be granted to enable verification and rejection permissions.
If the above requirements have not been met, this may mean you are unable to approve the document(s).
