Why was my document rejected?


If a document is rejected by your client company, an automated email will be sent to you detailing the reasons for the rejection.

We recommend reviewing the rejection reason provided in the email and making any necessary adjustments.

Following the submission of your revised document, it will undergo another review by an administrator.
