Sometimes you may not be able to find an audit. This may be due to an incorrect timeframe selected in the search filter. The “Audit” filter defaults to a specific timeframe, e.g. “Last/Next 30 days”. Try expanding the “Timeframe”, e.g. to “Last/Next 12 Months”. The Timeframe search is based on the “Due Date” of the sub-audit.
Another option is to search by “Audit Name” or “Reference Number” which allows you to also search by “All Time” in the “Timeframe” filter.
Tips when searching for an audit

Search by “Audit Details”.If you know part, or all the “Audit Name” or the “Reference Number” you can enter the details. Doing this will also allow you to select “All Time” in the “Timeframe” filter.
