Where is my induction? / My Client is missing / Where is my customer?

If you are unable to locate your induction key, it could be due to the below reasons:

  • The deactivation of your induction key by your contracting company administrator or the client company.
  • You may need to add your induction key to your account by selecting “Add induction key” in the top right-hand corner.
  • Your induction key may be linked to a different account.

If you are encountering an error when trying to add your induction key to your account, we recommend reaching out to your contracting company administrator to view the status of your induction key and to assist you with the reactivation or to issue you a new induction key.
