Where is my customer?

If you cannot see your relevant client company listed under ‘My Client Portals’ within Rapid B2B, you may have logged in with the wrong email address/mobile number, otherwise, the Client portal may be linked to a different MyRapid account. 

Try to log in with the alternate email address you previously used to register your account.
It may be possible that your registration has been deactivated by the client company or due to inactivity.
