What is an active user?

The definition of an active user is as follows (if you wish to review this, you can do so on your main dashboard within your package):


A user is active if any of the following have occurred in the last 12 months:
  1. A course has been completed in the last 12 months (The course is NOT a site course)
  2. A document is uploaded in the last 12 months
  3. A form is submitted in the last 12 months

Deactivated users who fit the above criteria are still classified as active due to storing their records in the system & recent activity.
