What are credits in Rapid B2B?

Credits can be purchased standalone and/or are included in your monthly Rapid B2B subscription.

With a subscription, users are provided 30 credits each month to use within the Rapid B2B product suite (on selected features) or to put towards their inductions for clients who require contractors to pay.
  • 1 credit equals 1 Australian dollar.

Using Credits in Rapid B2B

The following features in Rapid B2B require credits to be used:

  • Worker inductions (outside of the standard Contractor Safety Induction)
  • Credit Report
  • Document verification of trade licenses and vehicles 

Using Credits in Contractor Portal

If you are registered with a Rapid client who required you to pay for induction credits, you can now use your allotted 30 credits to be transferrable to dollars to be used towards inducting a worker.

For example, if an induction credit for your client is $25, you can use 25 of your Rapid B2B credits to cover that cost, meaning you save money on the induction credit you spend to induct your worker for that client.
