My induction key isn't being sent to my phone number

Induction Keys are sent via email, not to mobile numbers. If you haven't received your Induction Key, you should contact the administrator for the company you are working for or the person who asked you to complete works at the client company site. They can assist you in obtaining the Induction Key.
