My induction key is missing

If you are unable to locate your induction key or are encountering an error when trying to add it to your account, it could be due to the deactivation of your induction key by your contracting company administrator or the client company.
We recommend reaching out to your contracting company administrator to view the status of your induction key and to assist you with the reactivation or to issue you a new induction key.
