I have registered my company. What next?

You have completed the registration process for a Rapid Global client and are wondering what happens next.

If your registration involved uploading documents and/or answering a questionnaire, the client will be required to review and verify this information before you can access the system to induct your workers.
Most verifiers require up to 2 business days to complete this review. If you need to be approved sooner as your workers are due to be on site, contact your site representative so they can assist in processing your registration promptly.
Otherwise, you will be notified by email when your company has been approved. You may then proceed to access your contractor portal and issue Induction Keys.
Please note: if you don’t have a tab called ‘Issue Induction Key’ in your contractor portal, this means the client will issue them for you. Contact your site representative to arrange the induction keys required.
