I have put the incorrect name when creating my account

Should you have access to your MyRapid account, you will be able to update the first name, last name, email address and mobile number on your MyRapid account.

Getting signed in

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to log in to your account.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".

Updating your account information

  1. Once you have logged in, navigate to the "My account" page by clicking on your initials:

  1. On the "My Account" page you can:
  • Select the pencil icon to edit your name;
  • Select "Add email" to add a new email address;
  • Select "Add mobile" to add a new mobile number.
  • Select the delete icon if you wish to remove any details from your account

Next, follow the prompts to verify the updated contact details. You may also enable Google Authenticator for additional account security, and change your account password.
