How to update/upload your documents

Your company might need to upload revised documents to meet compliance standards. The following steps detail the process of uploading your updated company-level documents on the Contractor Portal.

Uploading/updating your documents

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":
Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.

  1. Navigate to “Company Documents” > Find the document you would like to update > “Upload” against the document you wish to update:

  1. Complete the required details & select “Save”:

Once the document has been uploaded, it will enter the verification stage and await the approval of an administrator.

Most verifiers require up to 2 business days to complete this review. If you need to be approved sooner as your workers are due to be on site, contact your site representative so they can assist in processing your registration promptly.

Otherwise, you will be notified by email when your company has been approved. You may then proceed to access your contractor portal and issue Induction Keys.
