How to update / access your email settings

We have the ability to customise notification/emails sent to the users within your platform. To view or update the email correspondence sent to your personnel, please see the instructions below. 

Accessing your email settings


  1. Navigate to the “Settings” tab. Next, select “Email settings”:
    - Review and update the templates/settings as desired. You may allocate the relevant Personnel Type and edit the subject and email text. Ensure to select “Save” to save all changes.


  2. You may preview the changes made to the email template by selecting the “Preview” icon and action any necessary changes:
