How to search for an audit
- Click on the “Audit” tab in the menu header:
- Use the filters on the left hand side.
Note: These filters are designed to narrow down your search criteria and find the information you need quickly.
- Audit Details: Enter the Audit Name or the Reference Number to search for an audit:
- Timeframe Filter:
By default, it's set to 'Last/Next 12 Months.'
To search outside this range, click 'Select Dates' and specify the desired timeframe.
The timeframe filter is looking at the due date of the audit.
- Location Filter: Select a specific site from the drop-down list to search for audit forms associated with that site.
- Frequency Filter: Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly to refine your search results based on the audit frequency.
- Responsible Admin Filter: Search for the responsible admin assigned to an audit.
- Contractor Company Filter: Narrow down audits by specific companies associated with them.
- Form Filter: Search for audits based on what specific audit form is attached to a particular audit.
- Active Status Filter: Filter audits based on their status.
Note: only active audits will show by default.
- Once you've selected the desired filters, simply click the green search button to initiate the filtering process. The search results will be updated accordingly.
