How to rename a division, state & site

Based on changes within your business, you may wish to update the name of a division, state or site within your location structure. The below instructions will show you how to update the name of existing locations within your structure.


Administrators with a high level access will be able to access the relevant settings to complete the following process. We recommend contacting your administrator if you do not have the permissions to request the updates.

Renaming locations

  1. Select “Settings” from the following options:
  2. Drop down the “Location” filter on the left > select “ADD / EDIT”:
  3. Use the triangle icons to drop down the division(s), states and sites to locate the location you wish to update:
  4. Select the “Pencil” icon against the site you are renaming:
  5. Update the name within the “Site Name” field > select “Save” to finalise the changes:

Please note: Once the changes have been made, any trainees and contracting companies assigned to the updated site will now be listed under the new site name.
