How to post a job in B2B

The Job Posting feature allows Rapid B2B users to both post and respond to job ads posted by other users.\

The system is designed to allow businesses to connect and engage with each other, whilst having the certainty that both parties are working with credible and compliant companies.
To post a Job Ad through Rapid B2B, please follow the instructions below. 

Posting jobs

  1. Once logged into B2B, select “My job ads” > “Create a job ad”:

  1. Fill in the required fields, selecting “Type of work” and “Work region” to specify the group of eligible contractors who will receive notification of the job:


  1. Continue to input the details of your job and then click “Post job”:

What happens next?

  • Once your job has been posted, the eligible contractors will be notified.
  • Remember to log back in to review the status of your job ad and respondents.
  • As jobs start gaining interest, you can review the respondents and shortlist them, communicating through Rapid B2B to note your interest.
