How to generate/schedule a report in Workforce Management

If you would like to access information in bulk, or view specific information, one of our standardised reports may assist you. 

Usually exported to excel, reports generated through Rapid can display various statuses, information and compliance levels depending on the filters selected. 

Please see the instructions below outlining how to schedule a report.

Scheduling reports

  1. Select the “Reports” tab > “Schedule New Report”:
  1. You may view a list of standard reports by selecting the drop-down arrow. We recommend selecting the “Xlsx” file format, and adjusting the report frequency based on your preference:

  1. Fill in the additional fields as prompted. You may save the report's customization settings for future use by ticking the checkbox. Select “Generate Report”:

Once the report has been generated, you will receive an email notification advising the emails is ready to view. Navigate to “Generated Reports” and download the Excel spreadsheet by selecting the report's name.
