How to delete a site

  1. Go to “Settings”:


  1. Select the dropdown arrow under “Location” within the search filter and select “Add/Edit”:


  1. Navigate the site you would like deleted and select the bin icon:
  2. You will be asked to enter a replacement site where all trainees and contractors listed under the site you are deleting will me moved to, then enter ‘DELETE’ where prompted to confirm this action:

Please note: that we recommend contacting our Client Services Team before deleting sites as these actions can cause widespread and irretrievable system changes.
