- Ensure you have administrator permissions to edit the Settings within the Rapid Access module.
Creating a permit template
- Go to the “Access” tab.
- Go to the “Settings” module → Select the “Manage Permit Forms” section:

- Select “Add New Form”:

- Enter the name of the form and select “Create New Form” to proceed:

- Press the name of the created permit in blue font to edit the permit:

- Select “Add New Field” to add a new field to the permit:

- When adding a form field, ensure you select “Save” to add the field:

Please note: If you wish to edit/delete a field once created, hover over the field and the options will appear in the top right.
