How to build a permit

  1. Go to the Permit module.
  2. Enter the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Manage Permit Forms option.
  4. Press the Add New Form button:



  5. Enter the name of the permit form and write a short description.
  6. Press the Create New Form button:



  7. Press the name of the newly created permit in blue font to open the editing window:



  8. Press Add New Field:



  9. Select a field type to create either a question, heading, or text.
  10. Press the Save button once ready to add the new field:



  11. Repeat steps 8-9 once all permit fields have been added to your satisfaction.
InfoPlease note: If you wish to edit/delete a field once created, hover over the field and the options will appear in the top right.
