How to bulk move pages in a course

When revising and updating your course content, you might find it necessary to relocate pages. If you need to move multiple pages within or across modules, the following guidelines will illustrate how to efficiently perform bulk moves, saving you valuable time.

Bulk moving pages in a course

  1. Select the “Courses” tab from the top of the page:
  2. Use the “Course Name” field to search for the course you wish to make changes to:
  3. Once you are in the course editor, dropdown the module you wish to move pages within using the “>” icon:
  4. Click on the first page you wish to move, hold “Shift” on your keyboard, and select the last page you wish to move (this will highlight the selected pages in blue):
  5. Move the pages to your desired position within the course by dragging them (please ensure the below red line displays indicating where the page is going to move to):
  6. Once you have dropped the pages to their new location, the module will update to display this:
