How to add sites / locations to trainees

If a trainee moves sites or is completing work at a new site, their location / site can be edited at any time by an administrator. Our secondary sites feature will also allow additional sites to be assigned against the trainee if more than one location is applicable to their profile. Updating their location / sites will ensure the correct and relevant courses/documents/forms are assigned to their profile based on where they are completing work.


Adding sites / locations

  1. Select "Induct" from the below options:


  1. Locate the trainee by searching their name in the "Trainee Details" field > click on the trainee’s name to open their profile:


  1. Click on the trainee’s current “Division/Location” which will allow you to select a new location to replace the existing:


  1. If you wish to add an additional location/site to the trainee, select the “Secondary Sites” option and add as many sites as required:
