How to add assets / items via a bulk upload

If you need to add a large amount of assets/items in your package, you can efficiently achieve this by utilising the bulk upload feature.


Adding a new item via bulk upload

  1. Navigate to the “Items” tab:
  2. Click the green button at the top right of the screen labelled “Add New Asset/Item.”:
  3. Choose “Bulk upload from Excel” from the available options. Follow the on-screen instructions:
  4. Click on the prompt to “Download the Excel template.” Save this template to your desktop:
  5. Open the downloaded Excel template and enter the asset/item details:
    Important: All fields are mandatory except for the Level 3 location, Comments, and Asset/Item information.
    Note that file attachments must be done individually and cannot be included in the bulk upload.
  6. Save the filled-out template to your desktop > upload the file or drag and drop it into the designated upload box on the screen:
