How to add assets / items via a bulk upload
Adding a new item via bulk upload
- Navigate to the “Items” tab:
- Click the green button at the top right of the screen labelled “Add New Asset/Item.”:
- Choose “Bulk upload from Excel” from the available options. Follow the on-screen instructions:
- Click on the prompt to “Download the Excel template.” Save this template to your desktop:
- Open the downloaded Excel template and enter the asset/item details:
Important: All fields are mandatory except for the Level 3 location, Comments, and Asset/Item information.
Note that file attachments must be done individually and cannot be included in the bulk upload.
- Save the filled-out template to your desktop > upload the file or drag and drop it into the designated upload box on the screen:
