While deleting your MyRapid account is not a function you will have within your account settings, you will be able to reach out to our Support Team to assist you with deleting your account.
In order for our team to delete your account, your induction key(s), client company portal(s), and/or your client administrator access will need to be deactivated.
For inductees, you can contact your contracting company administrator to deactivate your induction key.
For contracting company administrators, you can reach out directly to the client company who you are registered with to request deactivation, otherwise, you will have the ability to request deactivation through the ‘Additional Functions’ option within Rapid B2B.
Once your account has no active inductions, registrations, or client company access, you will be able to reach out to our support team via email (Support@RapidGlobal.com) to request your account be deactivated.
