How can I change a trainee's/workers email address?
If an inductee has added their induction key to their MyRapid account, you will no longer be able to update the personal details on their Trainee Details page and the trainee will need to update their personal information within their own MyRapid account.
However, if there induction key is not used, you will be able to amend any personal details by following the steps provided below
Changing a trainees email address
- Select "Induct" from the below options:
- Locate the trainee by searching their name in the "Trainee Details" field > click on the trainee’s name to open their profile:
- Update the email address as required and resend the induction key:
