📁 How to use File Manager

📁 File manager is a document storage space accessible via your Rapid package. 

In File Manager, you may upload documents and guides for your employees, contractors and trainees. 

Please see the instructions below outlining how to use File Manager: 

Step 1: 

  1. Log in to your MyRapid account using this link: https://my.rapidglobal.com/account/logon
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select 'Login'.
  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select 'Forgot/reset password'

Step 2: 

Sign in as an 'Admin':




Step 3:

Select Rapid Induct:


Step 4: 

Under 'Settings', locate 'File Manager'. 



Step 5: 

Create a new folder, or use an existing folder, and upload the chosen file:



Step 6: 

Configure the file as desired. Activating 'Request to register' will link the file to the Contractor Registration email so new contractors may download it.
