⚙ How to update/access your email settings
🔍📧 To view or update the email correspondence sent to your personnel, please see the instructions below.
- Log in to your MyRapid account using this link: https://my.rapidglobal.com/account/logon
- Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select 'Login'.
- Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select 'Forgot/reset password'

Sign in as an 'Admin':

Select Rapid Induct:
Step 4:
Navigate to the 'Settings' tab. Next, select 'Email settings'.
Fill in the fields as prompted. You may allocate the relevant Personnel Type and edit the subject and email text. Ensure to select 'Save' to save all changes.
Step 5:
You may preview the email by selecting the 'Preview' icon and action any necessary changes.
