Can I merge my accounts?

Client Portals can be transferred over to your preferred account, please see the below information on how to transfer over each of your clients on your account:


Contractor Administrator

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":

  1. Once logged into the portal, navigate to “Company” > “Company Details”:

  1. Update the “Contact Email Address”, scroll down and select “Save Changes”:

You then have the option to contact our support team via email to request the closure of your previous account.
