Can I merge my accounts?

Contents of your account can be transferred over to your preferred account, please see the below information on how to transfer over any of your access on your account:

Trainee/Worker

To have induction keys transferred, please email our support specialists from the email address your induction keys are linked to at support@rapidglobal.com and let us know the induction keys on your account, and the account information you would like it added to.

Contractor Administrator

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":

  1. Once logged into the portal, navigate to “Company” > “Company Details”:

  1. Update the “Contact Email Address”, scroll down and select “Save Changes”:

Client Administrator 

A new Client Administrator access will need to be created to your preffered account. If you have the correct permissions to do this, please follow the steps below:
  1. Select “Settings” > “Add New Admin” and enter the details of the new administrator, as per the prompts:

  1. Then, to assign permissions to the administrators, select “Roles” > “Add Administrators” against the role that you would like the administrator to be assigned to. Find the administrator's name, tick the box, then “Save” changes:

  1. You can then deactivate the old administration profile and transfer the data to your preferred profile.

You then have the option to contact our support team via email to request the closure of your previous account.
