Auditor dashboard overview

Welcome to the Auditor Dashboard, where you can easily search for audits using various filters. Let's explore how to navigate through these filters and find the information you need.

As you log in, you'll notice the filters located on the left-hand side of the dashboard. They help narrow down your search criteria effectively.

Firstly, we have the Task Details section. Here, you have two options to search for an audit. You can either enter the Task name or the Asset/Item. The Asset/Item refers to the unique reference number assigned to each audit. To find this reference number...you'll find the reference number associated with each audit.

Moving on to the Timeframe filter. By default, it's set to 'Last/Next 12 Months.' However, you can customise this filter by selecting from the drop-down list. Within a 12-month period, you'll find various predefined timeframes. But what if you want to search for an audit outside this range? No worries! Simply click on the 'Select Dates' option, and you can specify the exact To and from year, month, and day for your audit search.

Let's continue down the filter list. The next filter is Location. Here, you can search for all the audit forms associated with a specific site. Just select the desired location from the drop-down list, and you'll narrow down your search accordingly.

Moving along, we have the Frequency filter. This filter displays audits categorised by their frequency—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. You can choose a specific frequency to refine your search results.

But wait, there's more! As you continue down the filter list, you'll discover additional options to refine your audit search even further.

Beyond the filters we've covered, you'll find the Responsible Admin filter, which allows you to search audits based on the admin who assigned or requested them. The Contractor Company filter lets you narrow down audits by specific Companies. The Active Status filter helps you filter audits based on their current status. And lastly, the Form filter lets you search for audits based on specific form types.

Once you've selected the desired filters, simply click the green search button located below. This will initiate the filtering process, and your search results will be updated accordingly. With all these filter options at your fingertips, finding the exact audits you need has never been easier. So, go ahead, explore the various filters, and streamline your audit management process today.
